In order to get her clients’ ready for house hunting, she meets with them to learn their history, wish list and expectations. She will then help them align their desires to the current market. Her approach when a client is selling is similar.
“I like to help my sellers see what is needed to get the best price,” she says. “They need to make their house as beautiful as it can be in the style of current décor trends. Street appeal and cleanliness continue to be imperative.”
Angela sees Prince George as the ideal community for growing families. There are diverse outdoor activities, incredible theatre productions, a wonderful symphony, a highly regarded university and thriving college, excellent employment opportunities, outstanding health care and a moderate climate. She’s aware of what’s available to those looking for a new home because she knows the neighbourhoods and what each has to offer. Few realtors know the region as well.
Making things easy for clients is one of Angela’s goals. For many she incorporates electronic signing. She regularly upgrades her education and stays current with evolving rules and regulations within the industry.
“I work with a lot of very busy people,” she notes. “It’s important to me to work with their schedule and make things as seamless as possible for them.”
